Everyone’s anxiety level is up, way up. What are the particular impacts of anxiety on engagement?
Could the workers build resentment toward the lurkers and the (schurkers?), if student to student engagement is an important piece of learner engagement?

Sorry, have some screaming kids so trying to stay off of the mic. The FOLC model is similar to COI, and I like how it emphasizes the the collaboration between peer-to-peer learning and facilitator-to-student learning.
